Ashcroft House is a small property, aiming to provide luxurious, comfortable spaces and excellent guest service to everyone. We ask that you adhere to the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

Being that we are a small business, and not a hotel, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • You have up until 7 days prior to arrival to cancel with no charge.
  • A few days before your arrival date, the full stay is processed on the credit card number you provide. We email you the receipt.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • Early departures are non-refundable.

Check in and Check out

We have contactless check in and check out for our guests. You will receive an email a day or so before your arrival date with check in and check out instructions. It may be that we do get to greet you, but if not, you will still be able to check in.

Check in time is anytime after 4:00pm.

Check out time is by 11:00am.

Breakfast

We happily prepare and serve our guests breakfast every morning in our eating area. We like to source out local ingredients such as fruit in season and locally made granola. We can accommodate requests for gluten-free options and dairy-free options. It's best to advise us in advance of your stay so we can be sure to have the right ingredients on hand when preparing breakfast.

Additional Policies

Quiet hours are after 9:00pm.

We love animals but unfortunately, we are not set up to allow pets.

There is no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside.

Ashcroft House is not suitable for young children. Guests 12 years old and up are welcome.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
