Ashcroft House is a small property, aiming to provide luxurious, comfortable spaces and excellent guest service to everyone. We ask that you adhere to the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

Being that we are a small business, and not a hotel, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • The full stay is processed on the credit card number provided, 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations can be made up to that day at no charge.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • Early departures are non-refundable.

Check in and Check out

While we love to welcome our guests in person, our policies have changed as a result of the covid pandemic. We now have contactless check in and check out for our guests. You will receive an email a few days before your arrival with check in and check out instructions. It may be that we do get to greet you, but if not, you will still be able to check in.

Check in time is between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.

Check out time is by 11:00am.

Even though covid has forced us to make changes in order to protect people, we are still eager to help you during your stay with us because we want you to enjoy your time at Ashcroft House and in Victoria. Please reach out any time we can be of assistance.

Continental Breakfast

Please note that we provide a self-serve continental breakfast, not a full breakfast.

Additional Policies

Quiet hours are after 9:00pm.

We love animals but unfortunately, we are not set up to allow pets.

There is no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside.

Ashcroft House is not suitable for young children. Guests 12 years old and up are welcome.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
